Who are we?

​

MARU's events are organized by 3 Japanese women passionated and specialized in food, music, and yoga. 

It all started with a small conversation over cup of greent tea in one cold winter day, "Let's introduce the beautiful side (not the crazy working culture!) of Japanese way of living which brings the awareness to our 5 senses."

What do we offer?

A new type of experience - a session comprising body motion, music and taste. These 3 components will be brought together so as to make one stable circle, "MARU" to your life.
 

Our aim is for each and every participant to “punctuate” their daily routine with a deep sensory experience, just as the unspoken stability of maru punctuates words and thought.
